Subscription Purchase Policy
When you purchase a subscription from Avex Nutrition, you are signing up to receive repeat deliveries of your selected product.
Subscriptions are processed monthly on the same date as your original purchase. Your subscription will continue every month until you choose to cancel it.
The subscription amount will remain the same as your first subscription order and will be charged each month unless your subscription is changed, paused, or cancelled by you.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to securely store your payment details and charge your selected payment method for each recurring delivery. You will be charged automatically each month unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, and you are free to cancel whenever you wish.
To cancel before your next subscription order is processed, please cancel through your customer portal or contact us at least 24 hours before your next billing date at customers.avex@gmail.com.
To manage, update, pause, or cancel your subscription, please use the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails. You can also contact us at customers.avex@gmail.com for assistance.
Please note that if a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched before your cancellation request is received, that order may still be shipped and charged as normal. Your cancellation will then apply to future subscription orders.
