Avex – Returns and Refunds Policy

At Avex, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make it right. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our supplements, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, special-order, or personalized products

  • Health or wellness supplements


🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you through the exchange process.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Grüns Health is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
