📦 Order Processing Time
We aim to have all orders processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Timeframes
Our standard delivery timeframe is 5–12 business days after processing.
Total estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days
Please note that during peak holiday periods, order processing times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes.
Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, and delivery times may be extended due to courier delays that are outside of our control. While we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we appreciate your understanding during these busy periods.
We’re so grateful for your orders! Because demand is high and we’re carefully managing our stock, your order may sometimes be shipped from one of our international warehouses so we can make sure it’s fulfilled without cancellation. We’re working hard to improve stock control and get everything to you as quickly as possible - thank you for your patience if transit times are a little longer than usual.
